  • Being fit help you How?

    Last night I took Trixie and three other ladies out for the night. They got a little wild and got some unwanted attention but once the guys saw they were with me they backed off. I can't get into any more trouble fighting I used up all the programs available. LOL. Being in shape saves me from getting into trouble. I know there are many other reasons for being in shape but looking like you can take care of yourself at times keeps from have to take care of business.

    It seems to make other guys want mess with me more than when i was skinny. Until they can tell i wont put up with that shit anyway lol.

      Amen to that. I dont even want to know what it would be like to be scrawny. That would suck. No respect lol Seriously, it affects the way people treat you. Everywhere you go. If youre big plus cut, everyone respects you just a little more. Its just the way it is. Plus, if assholes are looking for a victim, they will tend to avoid someone who looks strong

        That can be true. Especially in bars. I quit going to bars after bar fights with idiots. You want to enjoy your night but its hard to do when someone is a drunk asshole wanting to get his ass kicked

          I dont either brother. Thats exactly what i mean, people want to mess with you bc they are insecure or whatever.

          The last time someone tried anything my arm was still in a cast from surgery. He sucker punched me from behind. I wasnt the one who ended up getting hurt that night needless to say. I still dont even know what i did to make me mad at me, alcohol and dumb asses dont mix well.

            How has it helped me for Fuzo to be fit?lol I have to say the part that sucks is the fact that he is 99% of the time judged on how he looks. The positive is we get through lines much quicker,lol, people don't say much to him when he is "questioning" things.

                I am not as 'fit' as I want to be but I am ok with that. The part that has helped me is that I can, and do so, much with my daughter.

                  the physical and mental health benefits spring to mind immediately, for me. when i started working out in 2010, it was after a long stretch of alcohol/drug use and abuse. i credit bodybuilding with keeping me clean and sober, along with some other things...but it was one of the key components.

                    Dude I totally agree. I'm short but muscular and it's always seemed like dudes want to start shit because they're not made to feel like they're picking on the "little guy". Dont know how many times I've gone out with buddies and people started shit with me for no reason.

                      I've Lways loved lifting just because. Being in real good shape used to help with my job. Now I'm hoping it helps me get far in bodybuilding while my body still has a few years left in it. I used to think it would help me get women but it's only helped me get the wrong kind of women. The good ones do t seem to give a fuck. So I just do it because I love it.

                        Tried to explain to the old lady why i bust ass trying to get and stay jacked. Being a 5th degree black belt I have zero qualms getting into it but the ramifications afterwards can get expensive and dicey so the fact that they see I'm built and they think twice is a damn fine benefit. And the occasional free drinks at hooters don't hurt. My friend who bartends occasionally will throw paper towel "balls" at people and a few times the return throws from customers will hit me instead. Audra will say "it wasn't me it was that guy" and I look over and dude will run over and say oh man I'm sorry that was an accident and buy me a drink and say to Audra omg I hit that guy with the big fucking arms I thought I was dead. Lmao

                          me being fit has never got me out of fights as I am a skinny fellow but it helps me in other ways.

                          we went wakeboarding several weeks ago and my buddies who are all 10 years or more younger tired out quick. i was still fresh as a daisy.

                          another perk. went to a pool party with the gals from my wife's work. all the husbands and boyfriends were pudgy butterballs and here i was striated with abs. (not as lean as if i was training for a fight but can still see the upper abs)

                          got a lot of attention. gals wanting to touch my stomach and shoulders. wife got all jealous and when we got home..........she wanted to make sure i was very happy. and i was.

                            well i am a butter ball, but a strong 1. i don't show striations but my chest is rock hard as are my legs arms are very firm, can't reach my back so no idea their. went to a family reunion sunday and all my old aunts and some of my cousins were coping a feel when we hugged, you know squeezing my arms, rubbing my traps, wife got a little jelly lol. ah i love the south, only place were you dad's 70 year old sister is hanging on your arm,,, i think i threw up a little.lol

                              Best damn feelin. So far this spring I have dropped about 20 pounds and feels freakin fantastic. I was all bulk'd up but now am feeling like an athlete again. I worked my freakin ass off from march on and havent eaten much garbage..So ya, its been worth it. No doubt. It affects how you feel 24/7. Every second of the day
