  • Have you ever.....

    Have you ever looked at a weight, knew it was probably to much, knowing you have injuries and moving that weight would be a bad idea? Yeah, my arm hurts.

    All the time.. I call it my homer simpson intellect. Prolly partially the reason my shoulder has never healed.. problem is I just gotta do it sometimes

      Yeah I took 8 months off and my shoulder got no better
      Sucks to know I'll never be able to lift pain free or as much weight as I could unless I have surgery or go through therapy. Guess it's just part of this game we play.

        Have not maxed out in a year and no injuries. I am done trying to prove how strong I am to myself or anybody else. I am staying healthy and looking built.

          Trigger point massage, acupuncture has made a hugh differance.. the dry needling is next for me when my medical insurance is back .. dam company hasnt been paying it.... thats another story

            Go get shoulder surgery. My son 22 had it and he's as good as gold now. The surgery is totally automated and precise. We have a great surgeon who also did my other son's knee surgery; again great choice.
