anybody using 1?? i just got the mad dog, i am using it for overload training, trying to push my max on the bench to 405 (at a meet) best i have done so far is 365 (gym lift but i think it was legal) best at a meet so far is 350.

Ive been using it for over a year now and its great.I use it every other chest press day.I started out with the red one now I'm using the black and when I go down I use the yellow I recommend this to everyoneVeritas Vos LiberabitComment
