Im grateful that I wake up every morning .... To see my family, to hit the weights, and hopefully retire healthy and happy. Life is good, fellas....
Sure there are things I wish i did different, but thats in my rear view mirror now. I appreciate every breath I take and I dont put off tomorrow for what I can do today.
Theres others out there around this globe that has it far worse

Waking up with an open mind and an open heart. That's really not the norm for me and a lot of the reason I post so much in this thread. I find myself being very pessimistic and negative at times. For some damn reason no matter how good things are going, I am always trying to find something bad about the situation. When my heart is full of gratitude it's hard for it to be filled with hate, jealousy and self will.

For the little old guy that made me laugh yesterday. While in utter chaos at our daughters meet, I looked ahead and saw a cute little old guy with a sweatshirt on that said "Keep calm, I am with the band", lmao. thanks lil guy
