The other night I was watching Bill O'Riley like I do all the time but on this night he was talking about how much coffee we drink as a nation. He mentioned he had switched to a nasty tasting Japanese Tea a few years ago. He says he feels incredible and hardly catches a cold.
Does anyone know what tea he is taking/talking about?
I was wondering if that was what it was but this stuff is supposed to taste like tar, the real thing anyways. Maybe it is.

there are many varieties of Japanese tea to know. way too many to list. may be a fermented tea of some sort. they are supposed to increase immune system unlike regular black tea which the leaves are fermented and dried, you loose all the water with the beneficial bacteria.
