Very true. I'm only human and the above statement is right on. I'm a bit on the alpha male side and the only time I find myself disliking another man (without getting to know them first) is when I view them as a potential threat. Eventually, if there isn't deep integrity and fundamental character strength, the challenges of life will cause true motives to surface and human relationship failure will replace short-term success.
There is an idea of who I am: some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me; only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel my flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.Comment
