If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Anyone use these on a regular basis? I cannot do the sauna. I went in the steam room for just 5 minutes yesterday cause I have to do a little at a time. It felt great and the gym I go to puts eucalyptus in the steam so it loosed all kinds of crap up
i just hate sitting around in the damn steam room with a bunch of old hairy dudes that wont seem to keep their towels closed. i think they do it on purpose to keep other folk out. it works.
would be very good for all my bumps and bruises I am sure but alas the old geezers have taken it over at my gym.

They just remodeled our entire gym new equipment and did the bathrooms,steam rooms and saunas,now there coed the sauna steamroom I see a lot more people using it now.
