Do u love or hate your job and why?

Me I love mine ( sales manager and tech for the western division) I love meeting new people ed and seeing customers every mth that I already service and talking to them. Also no time clock or supervisor I go in when I want go home when I want I have a company truck I'm allowed to use for personal use even traveling. Also my fishing poles stay in my truck slim can fish in my down time I love tha freedom of my work and helping my customers. I'm blessed to have a great job what about I guys ??!!

i LOVE my job...Coordinator for a nonprofit...I have double bachelors in bus mgmt and supply chain mgmt but this makes me want to pursue a masters in nonprofit organization or similar MBA

I love my job because I get to help ppl, get to make a difference...I can relate to what ppl are going through in my line of work

If someone would have told me, 15 years ago, that I would quit my LE job to pursue a career in public transportation, I would have laughed in their face. Come this Thursday (Dec. 4th), I've been with the company for 14 years and love it more than LE. It keeps me physically active, mostly walking a double football field length yard several times a day.

And Mountain-Man, we're just the opposite, bro. When my brother talked me into applying for the company that he worked at, I told him that I wanted a position where I NEVER EVER have to deal with the public. Basically, 11 years in LE does that to a person.

don't mind the work. its easy and im good at it but I hate with a passion the politics of it and the way things are treated like a chess board and everyone jockys for position .. I am currently unemployed and looking into something so that I can agree with you guys and love my job rather than want to hurt people everyday..

Used to love being a hairstylist but after 27 years, I retired about 6 months ago from it. Now I love being MOM. Still figuring out my next venture though

i would like my job but the big bosses have no idea how we do business and have decreased productivity and complicated every aspect of what we do. but i love my supervisor and co workers.

I am a lead operator for a petrochemical refinery and love it keeps me active both mentally and physically.

why is it the people in charge are always stupid?

agreed. the work place has changed drastically in the last 20 years and separation between management and the employees have gotten awful. its a feeling of your stupid and im smart, your replaceable attitude that just killed me.. all I ask for with any company is treat me as you yourself wish to be treated. that in itself today is almost to much to ask. your a number hired from the shoulder to the holder reguardless of position you hold. its to bad a lot of the small businesses that cared about their employees and the work the produced are gone. today its do it fast ..do it cheap .. don't complain or your down the road. it really doesn't take much to keep your employees happy but its not about being happy at work anymore just productive.

so true, everything is low bid, what these "leaders" forget is you get what you pay for. they make decisions on their own interpretations of what we do without consulting us even when their interpretations are WAY OFF!

i used to work for MJ design in the cabinet shop, we make the fixtures and checkouts for the stores. we had a thing called horizontal management. we would all get together and determine the best, most efficient ways to get our job done. the big boss man would sit in and ask questions and became knowledgeable.

things were great until the CEO Mike Dupey ran the company into the ground.

i used to love it....its went to shit!!! over regulated in the guise of protecting people, and some aszhoe let the ccountannts in to run these places!!! fuckers are so busy bending over to pick up dimes that they have dollars falling out of thier pockets!!

im getting tired of bouncin around!!! i have one of the biggest names in the idustry. #1 in my state.....and i gt encil neck, mr. i been doing this for 4 years to your 27, so dont questin me, teling m howto do the jobthat he wentWA OUT OF HIS WAY to hire me!!!
i equate to 42% of the total dollars earned and hes cutting my pay....BECAUSE THE OTHER MANAGERS (9 total ) cant get the job done so thr overall compansation rate is too high!! so the supervisoriacl compansation rate is too hih???? then tell them fukers toproduce or fire them!!!! nt bring me dwn to meet them!! ive raised y deptartment 69% last yer!!!
