i really enjoy the kid comments as well as the killer comments. these people all make my fucking blood boil. how stupid is our society? ok first off let's start with the process: 1- the da can bring charges without a grand jury if their is enough evidence in a case that he feels like he can win or he can still take it to a grand jury 2- he choose to bring it to the grand jury because their would be no doubt that it all got laid out and a decision was made by the grand jury. so hum where is the flaw here? oh yeah i forgot if you are white and or a cop then you are guilty until you can prove yourself innocent and if acting in self defense you are a killer. give me a fucking break. just like old george down in florida, he was a white hispanic. yep that's a race.
