Muscle twitching

My muscles have been twitching for the past 24 hours and it is funny to watch and see my clothes move when they twitch,lol. Very annoying to say the least. Have to boost my magnesium intake I think

i have this all over my body haha esp after a crazy workout. now the part that i had injured really bad started doing it like crazy in my hand. so bad that i had issues controlling it so i went to my reg doc to find out what was up. he thought maybe we were having some nerve regrowth progress so he sent me to neuro. they redid all the tests and no mas on that one. it is residual nerves dying off slowly causing the spasms and i will be crippled eventually lol. eh i still have a few years left with that hand working like is supposed to
