hey i am right there with ya. my beard is going no where, i will take another pic in 3-4 weeks. going to try to make it until march. my director has been eyeing my beard and has mentioned it a couple of times. i do not think he approves but there is nothing in the employee handbook about size of beard. one may not dye one's beard "off colors" whatever that is. and we can't braid it.

other than that I am good whatever he thinks.......i am more scared of my wife cutting me off.

oh min is crazy bought some beard oil. combs easier but the grey hairs (and they are almost 1/2) are wiry and so far have not been trained like the brown ones.

i used my wifes condisoner on it last night no nappynes today and super soft

i use conditioner of the oil and it is softer but still a tangled mess. i can comb it and those damn grey hairs just go everywhere. never the same way twice. thought about pomade or some other oil based treatment. those damn greys are almost as thick as a pencil lead. pulled one sticking out below my nose and i swear a piece of my brain came with it. wife walked in the bathroom and asked why i was crying (i told her my eyes were watering i was not crying but even i was not sure)

but i am committed.

have a brother of a good friend out of the Marine Corps last March. the group he was with all grow a "yeard" a year long beard when they get out. he looks like a sasquatch. and his beard is all brown and perfectly groomed. so jealous.

The grey is no big deal to me but u are right the tangles hurt there has to be a solution

i actually trimmed mine up a couple days ago, took some trimmers to it to get some uniformity to the length. it was basically an overgrow chin strap so it still needs some work to become a proper full beard lol. glad i'm bald, worrying about facial hair is a pain in the ass on its own, lucky i don't have to worry about what's going on up top lol.

i shaved it. my wife hated that worse than the beard. now i am a baby face and she hates that too. HAHA. i will let it grow out some
