I love my fg family u all are very respectful kind and very informed people and we allways are there for one and another I just wanted to say much love and many thanks too all of u and ur contributions to fitness geared keep it up we grow stinger ed.

wish we could all have a fg beach weekend and bbq at moore head city its quiet laid back and the cops dont care if u party as long as u get a cab it would be so much fun.
