God I hate gym "browsers". Gotta workout this morning to pick up our guest instructor from Iowa putting on a seminar at our dojo this morning and I'm surrounded by the slow mo cardio crowd who've wandered into the weight area and decide to wander from station to station throwing 40 on the weight stack to do a leg extension set before meandering over to the pulldown for a set of 10 with 30 pounds then the incline bench for a set with a couple 10s on the bar then standing there reading the instructions on the preacher machine while I'm in the middle of my 3rd set of 5 sets and asks if I mind if they work in.
