    Need Tech Help !!

    Ok I hope hope hope someone knows about puters here.. I'm having an issue with this laptop.. Its not reading any discs and it won't let me upload my disc programs.. Or however you call it..

    I wen to check out my DVD Rw Drive D and according to it the disc is FULL.. Ok so I decided to do a complete system restore to its orginal day I bought it and I went to check it again and its still FULL.. What I don't understand is how come its full when all I did was install 4 programs that aren't even that big..

    Can anyone help? Its driving me crazy cuz now I can't install the programs I use to do graphics.. ~screams~ ... Yes I"m being dramatic but if you all know how much I love to make graphics its driving me nuts lol.

      Ok... I'm trying to figure this out. The computer is saying your D drive (dvd rw) is full or your c drive?

          My D drive is completely full.. I have a toshiba windows 8.1 .. 4.0 GB .. 3.89 GB Usable... 64 bit operating system x64 based processor

              Ok your d drive is your recovery drive. It's portioned out and normally shows pretty full as this drive is supposed to be for recovery files only. What you need to check it when you are installing programs that they are being downloaded onto your hard drive and not somehow trying to download to the recovery partition.

                  I don't download any movies at all.. I watch netflix but I don't download them? Only thing I download is music. But once I put them in my ipod I delete them all.

                      Since you did went back and reset the computer you may have to re enter your wireless key if you ever changed it
