Your lady..simple, high maintenance?

So tell me..is your lady a simple person or a woman who you would call high maintenance? I am a very simple person although I do like nice things. I have all I want and need in my life. I am not saying there is anything wrong with being high maintenance and its not only women that are such. I just like the fact that just the smallest simple things can put a smile on my face and bring me joy. I think it just makes life that much more easier.

You don't have to have "things" to make you happy cause the novelty wears off quick.

Appreciate simplicity and if you are with a person who is like that...never let them go

I try hard to instill this in our daughter as I think society paints a picture of women that can make it even harder for young girls now and even older ones for that matter. She sees a lot of "the perfect woman" pics. I always have to reiterate to her of what that really is. Beauty comes from within.

I am thankful everyday for the things that my parents instilled in me that you don't need money to have. I can only hope that also is taken in by my daughter too

my wife is simple, she does not get Jealous if i go to lunch with a female coworker or out with friends she does not text me wanting to know where I am all the time. she gives me my space and I hers. she does not ask me to do laundry as long as I clean the kitchen. She does not need expensive gifts. there is very little drama in our house.

she gets it. 23 years together this December.

Congrats to you both! Obviously you found a keeper. Fuzo and I will celebrate 25 years also in Decmeber this year. Guess we are doing something right, lol.

heck yeah I consider us the lucky folk. my brother is on his 3rd wife (she is the one though) we were lucky enough to find the right one the first time.

Mine is down to earth simple don't take much to make her happy I gave her diamond ear rings necklace u name it she just keeps em locked up. She would rather have a beer by the lake than wine in Paris. I love her so much for that she is my best freind.

Simple. I couldn't handle high maintenance. We do have nice stuff but its with in reason. Going 15 years.

My wife is emotionally high maintenance but materialistically simple.
She needs a lot of loving and reassurance all the time. Constant reminding of how beautiful she is and how much I love her and am happy she is in my life.
Materialistically she is very simple.
Overall I wouldnt change a thing. Shes awesome.

Hmm...I have never heard it put that way as far as emotionally but that is interesting. There isn't a person in the world that doesn't like to hear nice things. I think that when couples are together a long time, many things get taken for granted and things are no longer said. Some may just need it more than others? thanks for sharing

My wife is pretty simple. I'm probably more high maintenance than she is. My wife is a total hippy chick as in long flowing skirts and hemp bracelets lol. My polar opposite in many ways but it works.

My wife is the best in the world. She has had hard times and good times and loved me no matter what. Trixie can be simple but does like nice thing when it is a good deal and classy. She does not need a lot of attention but I love giving it to her away because of how much she loves me. Some at times may think she is high maintenance because of the way I treat her but that is all on me they have not seen her suffer. So many times she has said she liked something and I got sick to my stomach knowing it is not the right time for her to have it. The short answer not High maintenance.
