The top official of the Department of Veterans Affairs says the agency has lost the trust of veterans and the American people as a result of widespread treatment delays for people seeking health care and falsified records to cover up those delays.

if that's true then my question would be is where are all the people that are getting fired and or locked up? how about all those millions of dollars in bonuses that have been handed out year after year? where's the accountability for that also?
