We had softball games with the traveling team all weekend and since I coach omg I was on my feet 15 hours a day non stop coaching. 3 games each day.This is the first time in a year I took the weekend off from working out.The girls did ok we played some good teams.My point is Im not used to being on my feet 15 hours straight without sitting and wow what a sun tan I got
