    The Obama administration is launching a pricey public relations campaign to convince Central American children not to make the dangerous and illegal trek across the U.S. border, but Washington's warning that those who cross will not get papers is undermined by the reality on the ground.

          What I kknow for sure is the government doesn't do anything without reason in their favor.

            Doesn't mean these are potential voters for Democrats. The group that helps them will get there support. See the Cubans in Florida, they voe for Republicans due to the handling of Cuba by JFK.
