As state officials across the U.S. grapple with how to prevent mass killings like the ones at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, and near the University of California, Santa Barbara, some are turning to a gun seizure law pioneered in Connecticut 15 years ago.

come and get them a** holes. the sad fact of the matter is the areas that the majority of these incidents occur are in state's with the strictest gun laws. hum those laws arent working so what makes these idiots believe that even stricter laws are going to? also where is the outrage at the number of killings in chicago, detroit, la and all the other cities that deal with this every single day? i will again point out that in these cities they have super restricted gun laws and again it doesnt work. the law abiding citizen isnt the problem 99% of the time. another great point is that all these people committing these acts are on doctor prescribed physco meds. so where is the outcry for looking into the meds these yahhoos are on? sheeple are stupid and our country is a freaking joke
