I love craigs list. i check it for jeep parts and other stuff several time every day. I bought a take off jeep bumper for $50! Its like brand new! sold my GTO mid pipes and all my nitrous stuff yesterday.
Sold my bike on there too.
It is a great tool for getting deals and selling stuff

Use it often. Just this past weekend I sold a old kit desk I built
20 years ago. Also sold a small shop band saw.
In the past year I have sold gym eguipment, sold rocking chairs
Several other chairs. Routers two table saws.
Tons of shit. I'm trying clear out all my extra shit.
More to go. I have 5 or 6 things listed all the time .
I repost when things get slow.
I would advise anyone to be safe but you can move just about anything

Before moving my family here to California with me, my wife used to use it for houses and apartments. There's alot of scammers on there and I found one when looking at a nice house out in downtown L.A. Fortunately, I didn't lose any money from it.
Personally, I don't trust Craig's List after seeing a few murder cases that stemmed from it.

Yep, that way you catch shit the minute it hits. I check it daily. I have been doing more selling then buying.
My whole point is to clear all the extra stuff I just don't need.
As for the bad shit that happens. You have to be smart. Only deal with people face to face.
QUOTE=Pittsburgh63;1169797]Half my gym is bought off there. Sold some welders and stuff on there as well. Have the app on my phone and check in daily for deals.[/QUOTE]
I've been on there a few times looking for used computer desks and stuff like that and didn't find anything really interesting . I've heard of people finding free stuff on Craigslist and then selling it , so maybe I should take advantage of this more .
I have bought and sold several cars on there. I found my current apartment and employer through it. Love CL, but like someone said you do have to be smart when you use it.
