I don't know how many of you have ever heard of the highland games before?? It's the original sport of strongman competitions around before there were even such things as weights. In my part of the country there are alot of people with Scots/Irish heritage and its a popular competition.
I've been given the opportunity to train with some guys that compete in it here and across seas professionally. I think I'm going to try and compete this summer or the next for sure. I'm very excited to try a new sport. I've got the raw strength I just need guidance to learn the techniques and rules.
