Holy Fuk this is the 3-4 time ive had this cramp sneak up[ on my and I scream like a little *****,lol my whole leg goes into melt down electric shock and wont bend,.holy fuk that hurts.Yes it only happen on leg day.I think I need more water

I've had this a few times myself. Ive tried different stretches and at different points of my workout yet it will still pop up on me. Its excruciating! I've chalked it up to dehydration myself. -

It happens to me in my calf sometimes and can't bend my foot back for a min. or two. So I'm stuck there on my toes like a big ass ballerina.Animal the manimalComment
