Rosetta Stone?

Anyone here ever try to learn another langue? I was thinking of trying to take up a second langue not for anything special just more for like my own personal experience and what not. Does anyone have any experience with using Rosetta stone? or anything else for learning a language?

I haven't used it. I have a friend who bought it and then brought it to me so I could teach her how to use it on her laptop . I took a look at the program and I liked it a lot. Also you can down load it to your ipod so you can hear it when your out doing stuff. She loved it because it wasn't complicated to use once I taught her how to navigate around it.

Thanks for the feedback! I mean its like $300 bucks but if i can actually learn the language thats nothing and if it doesnt work then im only down $300. I just started looking into it. I think im goin got try and get it and learn it. I didnt realize you could download it onto your ipod though I like that very much.

Back in the day of torrents I had all Rosetta Stone languages...they are fairly simple programs to use. I heard good things about duolingo too as thats a different approach to learning another language.

Ah i bet i could still find some roseta stone torrents! haha never thought of that Yeah it doesnt need to be perfect i dont care so much about reading and writing but it would be nice to understand and somewhat have a conversation with someone from another langue. It would help my career to.

Yea check out pirate bay .. they used to have everything lol. Use rosetta stone and duolingo (its free) and you should be good.

I have been wanting to get the Spanish version myself but didn't want to spend the money. Has anyone found it online for download? I will have to check out pirate bay.
