Been 6 months and still no pistol permits

i beleive the law allows for a 30 day turnaround time. it has been 6 months since i completed the paperwork and still nothing. when i call the police department i get "well we're currently processing May's requests and hope to be caught up soon".

i dont want to push the issue cause, you know, my paperwork will of a sudden get lost.

my best advice would be to find a cop and make him your buddy. then he can get you pushed through. i have a ton of cop friends that are bbers and such and are always good to be friends with on certain occasions. i wouldnt trust any of them as far as i could throw them but they can def make some things go through smoothy like that

thanks Guns....good news though.

received a call yesterday that the pistol permits are ready to be picked up. now its just a matter of knowign which pistol to pick up first.
