Guitar Center opens at 6 am tomorrow and they have accoustic guitars on sale for $39. Each store is limited to 10. I am afraid if I go there, there could be a line of people camped out to get one of those 10 $39 guitars lol...I was thinking I could have one at home and one at my office to practice on

      Heres the black friday link
Guitar Center is the world's largest musical instruments store. Shop Guitars, Bass, Drums, Amps, DJ, Keyboards, Pro-Audio and more. Most orders ship free!

I just got a Jackson Dinky JS23 for $99 bucks ! It's used and has a coupla lil dings but it came with Seymor Duncans and it screams through my Blackstar ID60. I also picked up Metal Guitar 3DVD by Rock House Method, I had this for maby two weeks and I can jam my own stuff fairly well so far. Rock House Method makes it pretty easier than you think, if you can move your fingers and strum at the same time an hour a day, you can pick up playing sooner than ya think.

Thats awesome. Thanks. I need to get started on this guitar stuff as long as I have the time. I guess it is one of those things, like working out, that we have the time if we make time for it

Its exactly like working out...not only needing to make the time...but down to developing the muscles...stretching...all comes in to play. After a while, muscle memory takes over and it becomes second nature.

Yeah I'd say among many reasons for me too, I feel like I gotta re-invent myself I've been sinking into that "getting older" BS.
