Personal goals & succeeding with integrity!

I am not atalking about bodybuilding goals here but just things in genereal. Are you a "go getter", one who strives to achieve on their own without trying to make others look bad so "you" can look good. This is probably a question that is hard for people to admit but I have come across this recently and it is mind boggling. Maybe this is something that someone who is younger might try to do and then they realize that this is not the way to succeed and it surely doesnt give confidence in oneself if they do infact achieve their goals this way.

I like to refer to this as being like a "fear monger". I am proud to say that I am a gogetter and are not sucked in by people who use fear mongering tactics as a way to gain succession!

In general I achieve the goals I set for myself. As for climbing over others to succeed or undermining someone to get ahead, no, I don't do that. I do work with ppl who will kick you under the bus for their own ends. I think it says more about them than me so I don't let it get to me.

People that do that usually end up not getting ahead of people that are straight up. I just do what I have to do and don't have to take advantage of others to get there. As for the workplace i always knew I could out work half of my coworkers together, people that throw you under the bus are insecure because they know they dont have the skill you do.

unfortunately I go with the "people suck" until proven otherwise idea when it comes to work, and if it comes a point where I have to physically tell an individual that I judge them not on how they treat or talk about me but how they treat and talk about others too me, then we really have a problem. do people shit on you, yes is it personal most of the time I would say no as those people are just to stupid to see or to self obsorbed to care. I do what I do for me and friendship is not a requirement for work only common curtisy and honesty. come quitting our relationship ends and tomarrow is another day. set bounderys with people early in the relationship and you usually do not have problems, people early on will know where not to step.

now my gf she always is at war with some other woman at work for some stupid ass reason and I cant for the life of me figure out why she cant keep her mouth shut long enough to let something just go. she don't crap on people but if some one is crapping somewhere shes openly notifing the entire building and then reminding others of the crap.

Thing many people go through stages in their lives where they may be a follower, loner or leader. I believe as we grow older and mature, some learn to make decisons for themselves and some go on and follow the crowd.

be yourself and if people dont like it....the hell with them!lol
