wrench what type of shoulder surgery did you have?

a few yrs ago I had a torn labrum.. that was the first surgery for me ever and it sucked..

like fist said go slow and steady.. my dr told me if I try to go to fast i'll be back in his office and he'll have to go back in and do it again.. I went to rehap every day and sucked the pain up and did what I had to do to get my ass back in the gym now I don't lift like I used to..

good luck brother.. sit back on the couch and watch some tv and tell your lady she needs to wait on you bc you have a broken wing..
