Hey guys, almost finished with my first week for full-time schooling & full time work. Needless to say, my schedule Monday-Friday is stupid. To get to the point: Assuming that I workout after work, Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday, and I run a whole Chest/bi + Back tri + Leg Shoulder/core (Pretty much full body in 3 days).... Is that too much stress on the joints? Obviously it's not a desirable schedule, being crammed like that, but am I going to destroy any fragile part of my body by slamming all of the work into 3 consecutive nights?

several people do the 3 day full body workout. if that's all your schedule will allow you'll be fine. just keep that intensity up the whole time.everything said and done here is for entertainment purposes only. i don't even really workout i just pretend like i do so i can have big friends
