Dont leave dumbells around ur bench..U might loose a finger
A guy was at the gym yesterday using dumbbells and left 2 on each side of the bench...When he was on his last set
he tried to drop the dumbbells but ended up hitting the xtra weights on the floor while dropping them and cut off his left ring finger!
He is now banned from the gym because it wasn't his 1st time bein told to pick up weights!
Re: Dont leave dumbells around ur bench..U might loose a finger
My workout partner and I left two different size weights and left them close to the bench while I was benching I went to drop them down luvkily it didn't do worse but it hurt like a mofo and that was the last time we ever did that but we see people do that all the time not knowing better
