So I just dropped off my daughter at softball camp and I noticed guys practicing in another firld. WEll this was "SEnoirs Softball"!!! These guys were fro ages 65 and up and I would say most of them were between 70 and 80. This was a kick in the head for me and a much needed one,lol. Anything is possible. Just because you are getting older, you can do whatever your heart desires. I am going to find out when these men play cause I really would like to see it. Just wanted to share

It's always the older gentlemen a d women in the gym that inspire me. There's one guy that's a viet vet and comes in. He's so tired and worn down but he grabs his 10 pound dumb bells and does overhead Tri extensions with the best of them!!!! -

There was a piece on World News with Diane Sawyer called American Strong and it was about the Senior Games that are coming up in Cleveland. There was a women's basketball team and the average age was 63
I think more of the baby boomers are more conscious about their lifestyle because docs and what not say that the key to a longer life is healthy living and regular exercise. And most of the boomers I know (my parents age) are not slowing down lol

nothing wrong with that. adult softball is all about drinking beer right? i suppose for the old guys maybe about sharing a bag of prunes or talking about a new blood pressure medication
joking. i played for my work team a couple of seasons. its fun and relatively low impact. i could see myself doing this later in lfe"SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"
