I started at 7am. got the smoker up to temp. put on a 10# brisket, a rack of baby back ribs, and a whole chicken. Cooking with hickory.

waiting patiently for noon so I can crack a Titan IPA.

What kind of smoker you running?

I might be throwing on some beef short ribs with apple smoke. Brisket will be this weekend I hope. Planning a 19lb. Lauganitas IPA right here.

I do a 200lb hog every year for the 4th. Doing it this sat. Here's a pic from last years. My uncle and I build the smoker ourselves. Its completely mobile.

Hope everyone had a good and safe 4th! Fireworks, smoked brisket, a glass of scotch and my whole day was complete lol.
