from what i understand baby1, they give you that combo both to bump up your slow thyroid with the synthroid and then give you added thyroid from the t3. my buddy fried his somehow with some brain pressure thing he had going on from a brain issue. it wasnt rock bottomed out but it was way way low so that's what they did for him. he is all messed up though and none of his hormones work the way they are supposed to and he has a brain pressure pump in his head

I have the synthroid but I really feel I need the t3 too. I know there is a combo called Arnour Thyroid and I seemy endo next week so I will ask her about it.

yes they give him both and a host of other stuff. the dude is a walking medical experiment. the pressure in his brain built up so much over a long period of time that when it peaked out it made him go blind and deaf. that's when they actually caught it and at that point it had damaged or shut down everything. sad thing is that he functions pretty good but a lot of the nerves were damaged also so some days he has full sensations and use of everything and others not so much. they dont know if it will get better or worse either and the guy is only 25

what was the pressure from? I have had some killer head pain too and facial /eye swelling and some real bad dark circles. Got some bloodwork done today so we will see how the thyroid and iron levels are

they think he may have banged his head really hard and caused it but he doesnt remember doing it. the thing that they cant figure out is that when head trauma occurs you get immediate swelling and then it goes away damage done. his was over the course of months and months with it edging up over time. started out head aches and lethargy and then it progressed into the bluring of his vision and ears ringing. final was one day blind in one eye and 12 hours later blind in both and not able to hear at all. emergency surgery the whole 9 yards and now the pump and host of crazy medication concoctions they have him on.
the dude still workouts out almost every day and is still a pretty big dude. the docs told him that they have only seen one other case as bad as his and the other one is in a wheel chair. so they said if you are able to dont stop anything you are doing

wow, that is terrible

yeah it is but the worse part is they dont know for sure where or what caused it or if it will get better or worse. they ruled out cancer and tumors and have done every test under the sun. that's where they went to the head trauma from a blow to the head causing it.

he has been and to a few of the other top clinics in the country. they are very interested in his case but seems that no one can give the answer to what or where it came from or what to do to fix it. he is doing 100x better since they installed the pump though and relieved the pressure buildup
