Omg those dorks annoy the shit out of me. Bro, invest whatever amount you dropped on those ugly ass shoes and your underarmour dry gear shirt and shorts and go buy some protein powder and stop flitting about the gym doing one set each of every machine and lift some damn weights or get the **** out of my gym. Dude is doing rope push downs with 30 pounds on the stack opposite me on the cable crossover while I'm doing one arm rope extensions for tris with 80. Maybe for someone whose really using it, hard core guys etc. on the flip side of the coin I work in with everyone meaning I don't usually take know for an answer. Roger that on the ugly assed shoes and the Under Armor. If I had the cash I'd build a cool gym like it was back in the ol' skool days, no yoga balls or silly s#it to trip over, and definitely no Audell or Beyoncé sugar tit music blareing through the speakers.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
