good job my man. did you find taking any certain vitamins or supplements helpful in your journey back to health. when I was hospitalized I refused pain meds talk about deer in the head lights look from doctors. told them if I can feel the pain I know what I need to work on.lol. anyway I ask cause I found certain vitamins really made a difference in my recovery time over all such as MSM , chlorella , fish oils .. I cant think of them all but you get the idea.Comment
