that's why i tend to stay away from anything with flames on the package lol. i will do jalepenos and not much more than that and i pay for it. i love hot food but my stomach and butt dont appreciate it too much.
i always tell myself when my guts and butt is on fire that i will never do it again and low and behold i do it again lol

love hot stuff. my brother in law and i made ghost pepper and habanero salsa and it was horrendously hot but tasted good so we sat there eating until we were laughing and crying and sweating. it was great

i enjoy the aftermath. the irritation of the chemical explosion thats about to be released from inside the intestinal walls, and the feeling of relief once your done when the cannon starts cooling is amazing. bomblastic shits are fun...just saying.

I found white rice or milk seem to help the burn if your eating but if its too hot put some table sugar on your tounge it really will help..

baby wipes are the only thing to help on the way out. lol
