I dont get dish or cable, none of that crap. Its all government/corporate control of your mind. Its mass mind control...lol
I have comcast at my office, but only turn it on for espn...I use an antennae at home and watch maybe an hour a week, if that. I like Undercover Boss.. Anymore tv than that will turn your brain to mush. Cancel it all, set yourself free lol

When i lived with my dad we did not have cable. we had an antenna which gave us all the local channels (like 5 lol) now my apartments have free cable so i have cable. I have comcast. I dont make enough money for satelite and IMO unless your a baller and can get all the movie sports and PPV channels its piontless it have instead of 150 channels of shit you have 550 channels of shit for 4 times the price lol. I dont think ill ever have more then cable unless my pay triples at a minimum

Direct TV and Dish cater to new customers. I ride out the contract then switch to the other one. You get all kinds of free channels and low rates as a new customer, plus the latest DVR box. I have switched back and forth twice, and got free NFL ticket out of it, nice!

I shut everything off over a year ago and couldn't be more happy. There is nothing on anymore that is really worth watching anyway. All the fake reality garbage! Spin offs of every hit that comes along. Its the same crap over and over. Plus all the goddamn commercials! I had enough and wont go back. The big Samsung only gets used for video games once in a while or Bluray.

any of you guys here of the (FTA) free to air dish, your supposed to get like 300 channels and all you got to get is the dish and box set up. sounded interesting but don't want to be the test dummie for it.

Yeah I had FTA a few years ago when it was on the Nagra 2 system but then that got shut down and then the satellites went to Nagra 3 and it took a while for that to get hacked into. Now it's been hacked but the only channels you can get are from different countries or private broadcasters. Imho it's not worth the cost of getting stop for what you get. When it was Nagra 2 you could get several hundred channels plus pay per view and all the porn channels!!!

seems the govt always finds a way to poop in the kool aid.. I still remember the old scramblers, or just pay the crack head to hook you up on the pole.. now I feel old...lol

years ago they had sites like satansplayground that would de more than informative for your cable needs, I miss those sites.

i got rid of dish and went to fios. it is IMO a much better product. we didnt have too much rain fade but when we did it drove me nuts! we pay a wee bit more but we like it better.
