The best is when the walk in, no warm up, put no more than 155 on bench struggle withit one time and walk around moving thier arm around like a windmill and holding their chest saying damn Im sore.

I almost slapped one of the punks the other night. The bastard came in from playing basketball I guess sweating like hell. I saw him from the treadmill take off his shirt and start benching. That really pissed me off.
