OK..........I'm a 51 yo male and need to lose some stomach size.
What is the BEST exercises to loose belly fat.
Also I know eating right is one key to weight loss.
I have an ellipticle and a tread mill, but looking for any other suggestions.
Thanks
You hit the nail on the head here. Diet is key! I would throw some HIIT sessions in as you cardio too. Cut down on sugar and processed carbs. Get at least 8 glasses a water a day. Much of belly fat is toxin filled too. Take a good multi-vitamin, a probiotic and maybe some digestive enzymes!!

HIIT?
I'm eating very little sugar.
Will have to check processed carbs.
I don't drink enough water.
I take various vitamins along with a multi.
One thing that has helped me has been different variations of ab work like crunches, suitcases, oblique crunches, turkish giddups, and planks/yoga. They'll help also strengthen your lower back which in turns helps your abs. Always engage your core when working with weights too. Not only does it help you stay stable and in alignment but gives the abs a lil bit extra workout.
