you workout hard yesterday or hang upside down. to much pressure can cause it, high blood pres can cause it. I had one bust on a roller coster at 6flags one time.

It happened to me way back in high school. I didn't even know until I got to school and no one told me. I went to the locker room and saw my eye all full of blood.Squats make the world go round.Comment

this is kinda a reach, but are you using clomid regularly? idk if you remember but Travis (Grim) had several eye strokes from using clomid and finally had a bigger one that paralyzed him...i can tell you that my eyes gets bloodshot from clomid myself like i'm high or something and headaches/stuffy head...Comment

I did before Benching 605, several ruptures in one eye, surface vessels on both cheeks and a vessle in my sinus (bleed for a week). But damnit it was worth the 600+ bench!!!!

had it many years ago. looked as if half my eye was blood. as all posted above could be from too much pressure from working out and better yet, check your blood pressure.Comment
