In the days following last month’s massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn.,  President Obama promised to convene a broad national dialogue about the causes of gun violence. But in the proposals that the president put forward on Wednesday, selected from a range of options prepared for him by Vice President Biden, critics noticed what they considered to be a large hole.

again where is the talk of the prescription meds. it's not watching violence on tv or a video game that makes you want to go out and kill people. i have listened to metal and death metal all of my life as well as played violent video games, watched violent movies (including growing up), fought in combat more than most, and i have absolutely no urges to go out and do that sort of thing. why cant we dissect the issue at hand for what it really is instead of using bias and placing blame on bs
