it's a damn gym. when is the last quiet laid back ball game you ever been to? working out whatever you goal is, isnt supposed to be pleasant and peaceful. if you want that nonsense then stay at the house. they are just putting a spin on the gym to turn it into a hang out for fat people to continue to be fat and feel good about going to the gym and not doing shit. their is absolutely nothing wrong with asking someone who is making a bunch of excessive noise to knock it off but to sound an alarm. now that isnt distracting to the other patrons whatsoever. no deadlifting due to corperate regulations. that is just plain silly. well if we are banned from their establishment then the crossfitters need to get the boot as well cause they make more noise scatter more equipment and are some of the sweatiest nastiest people in the gym.
