i wanna get my BF down to at least 10% by may 19% the only carbs im eating relly is post workout shake 55 grams protein 140grams dextrose powder and then i cup any rice and more protein 2 hours later .does that sound right along with cardio after workout.should i cut carbs out after workout?????????????thankz for any help.just started this week protein shake taste awesome but is it to much .im clean right now.NO AS sucks but thats life .just wanna make sure im on the right track!!!!!!!!THANKZ A MILLION.never give up just keep lookin ahead hopefully she will have a nice ASS.
