Sent my daughter off to school today......

As I watched the bus leave, I just felt uneasy, and sickened, about the memory of what happened on Friday. I actually gave her a phone to keep in her backpack so if she ever need us, she can call. That made me feel a bit better. I realize we cannot be with our kids 24/7 but if I could, I would,lol. I just pray that she is okay whenever she is away from us. I just don't think I could evr survive such a tragedy.

I'm getting my son ready for the bus here too. He's got a cough, and I'm almost tempted to use that as an excuse to keep him home today ha ha. So sad what happened, but try to remember the names of those who were taken, and not that POS coward. His name will not out live those of the lives he took...

I understand. I'm sitting here w my 2 year old on my lap watching cartoons, feeling grateful that my kids are safe.
I can't imagine the pain those families are in.

I don't have kids either, but all I've been able to think about all day are my nieces and nephew. Praying for the safety of all kids at school today.

I broke down yesterday thinking of the innocent lives lost Friday to that loser piece of crap. Was about 90 miles southwest of me. What a sad thing for these families.

I was sick all day at work...couldn't sleep last night..and then I heard a school in our area was on lockdown...seems copy cats are at it or some scumbags idea of a sick prank...I'm about to home school the boys
