please, dont let others talk you into going to other boards . this is the best board on the net, if u do go ull find that all the other boards are full of drama, i know , until i found this place, i was unhappy on the other boards i joined. its family here. i wont leave for nothing. try this instead, bring a friend with you here and stay. but i cant tell you wat to do , all i can say is from expierence.

I've been here for 10 years now, wow.... im not going anywhere. this is the only fitness board i belong to. I belonged to others when i first joined here but learned long ago i had no need for others. im not here all the time but when i am this board and group of people have everything I need. this board went through a lot in the beginning but made it through because of the people in charge of it now.Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups

before here i was thinking of going off boards completely but here i not once have gotten aggravated to point of leaving. i go elsewhere to check things but i dont post i been there and done that. i dont need the hasel. but we can always use good members. so bring some here if u want to.all information is for entertainment purposes only and i dont condone the illegal use of steroids! iam just on here for fun and anything said is fictitious not real!!!!!!!!Comment

i am a long time member of im and sm and now here. fuzo and baby1 have done a complete 360 on these places and you wont find a better nor more helpful caring group on any site. this is by far the best of the besTGBSupplements REP
