haha, focused Guns, I have only worked this hard for one other thing in my life, and it was taken from me. I have since replaced that journey with a new one, one that for the most part - granted supreme heath√, a great support system ie. friends, my dad, fellow competitors on my team, and you guys here at FG, holidays are just a holiday, it helps that I live thousands of miles from my family, and that my dad is out here to see me thru this comp. But, holiday food is of no concern, eat that thanksgiving dinner in excess for me guys! Shout out a prayer or whatever you do if you arent religious (dont care) just send out a shout out of GOOD LUCK l.o.ti.8 for me before you eat! haha. IM HUNGRY, but for other things in life.

yeah man i hear you on that one. you are competing for yourself and against yourself. i would diet through the holidays as well but the wife will have nothing of it. i diet for the majority of the year already and she says her time of the year is thanksgiving and christmas and not mine. so since she tolerates it all the other time i give that to her. i dont get to silly over board though and i always stay well within striking distance. maybe we can rub elbows onstage one day haha
