Just wanted to give an udate and say hi to my FG family.
Again, my gratitude to my FG family is beyond words. The people who have texted messages to me and those who have replied to this thread, it means the world to me.
The funeral is Friday afternoon. I have closed down my business for the week. Its a pain that I have not experienced before. Its a different kind of pain than say a divorce, or losing my Grandma and grandpa, even my dad. I drank heavily when my dad died. That was a bad thing. I dont drink now.
I often wondered how I would be and how I would feel after my mom died. I wondered if my life would just fade away too. I can honestly say I feel none of that. All I can say is that I cant wait to get back to the gym and back to work and continue to carry my moms indomitable spirit with me.
I remember my mom always asking me "Did you get to the gym today?" LOL...On days that I skipped, I hated it when she would ask me that. LOL
