Hey bro I have not read all the threads but as long as your cycle is not 2 years you will not look like your friend after one cycle! I hate to tell you but it wont happen maybe a mini version and can definitely get some good size if you do it right!
You look like you lose weight easily well I would eat many calories, make sure protein shakes have good amount of carbs and even some fat if you want, drink 3-5 shakes a day and eat your meals! Looks like metabolism will be your worse enemy in gaining but that is just a guess from the pics!

yea I know, I was just doing some wishful thinking, close to it, but not that close. I really don't loose weigth, haven't yet either. But he's definately got yrs and size on me, I know. I will eat alot though. I will do it right, at least this will be my best thought out plan ever...
