oh and more thing too, he does NOT use any anti's either, believe it or not....he's one of the guys I talk about, but he also is very well blessed with some good genetics. He blows up really well from no more than 750mg test, 600eq, some D-bol and other stuff. But he does eat around 4500k cals a day though, and very clean at that, he's a damn good example of eating clean and with not so much gear. Don't even say it, I know it...
