This whole affair is so damn sad. I caught hell on a sports website for saying that Lance Armstrong won the races on a level playing field because everyone else was doping, that it wasnt cheating because everyone does it. Everyone jumped on me and said Armstrong is a scumbag and deserves to be ridiculed, etc etc etc LOL
Maybe he does deserve ridicule, I dont know. I just dont think the doping diminishes the accomplishments and all the extreme dedication and hard work that he put in to win. What he accomplished is still unbelievable and inspiring, in spite of all this "cheating" talk going on now.You cant take away the motivation his accomplishments provided people to be dedicated and to persevere through pain and suffering.
These self righteous assholes dont want to face the fact that the NFL players they worship are on HGH or some other PED.

Absolutely not. He is still the best cyclist to ever live. People are busted every single year for doping in ever sport there is. I woudl be willing to bet anything 90% of all pro athletes are on something that would get them banned. That is what it takes to play at that level. He did what he needed to to be succesful. Genetically he is still 1000x more gifted than all those other ass hats and they are makign a big deal about it because he could hand them their ass at will and didn't even have to try.

The man helped raise over $500 million dollars for cancer research, regardless of what he put in his body he has helped save many lives and will for a long time. Scumbag, hell no.

all these sport purest's are idiots....professionals have been using anything they can for an edge since the beggining of time...fukin olympic swimmers wear hightech suits... athlete's train at high altitudes, sleep in special fukin containers...fukin idiots! every washed up highschool.colleage nobody thinks they were robbed becouse they wouldnt do banned substances...you wernt robbed fukwad, you just sucked!!
