          Might depend on the gravitational pull on Mars. Hit one jump and end up in the atmosphere.

              Apparently the photos were color enhanced and the dark blue is "supposed" to be dunes...This is in an area where liquid water is believed to have been in the past...Many believe there is water just beneath the surface that pushes up from time to time. At some spots around the rocky outcrops it looks reminiscent of our oceans breaking on rocks...weird.
